Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items can only be returned if they are:

  • Damaged or defective

  • Incorrect or not as described

  • Incomplete or missing parts

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, safety, or promotional reasons. These include:

  • Personal care items (opened or used)

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

  • Gift cards or discount vouchers

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@souqalsafa.com or call us at +92-XXX-XXXXXXX. Share your order number, a brief description of the issue, and (if applicable) photo/video evidence. Our team will verify the request and guide you through the process.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost. In other cases, you may be responsible for shipping charges. Please ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid further damage in transit.


Product Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2–3 business days. Approval depends on the condition of the product and the validity of the return reason. If approved, we will proceed with the refund or exchange. If rejected, the item will be sent back to you.


Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to provide your bank account details for a direct transfer.


Exchange Option

If you prefer, we can arrange an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Exchanges follow the same process and eligibility criteria as returns. If the desired replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.
